- Signed Cash Sale by seller and buyer
- Permit from Livingston Parish Permit Department
- Recorded page from Clerk of Court
- Picture I. D.
- See Rate and Fees for total amount
Non Owner
- Signed Lease/Rental agreement by renter and landlord
- Permit from Livingston Parish Permit Department
- Proof of ownership from landlord
- Picture I. D.
- See Rate and Fees for total amount
Contractors, Developers, & Businesses
- MUST FILL OUT COMMERCIAL APPLICATION
- MUST have a letter on company letterhead stating who may conduct business on behalf of their company
- Permit from Livingston Parish Permit Department
- Signed Cash Sale or proof of ownership
- Picture I. D.
- Recorded page from Clerk of Court
Real Estate & Management Companies
- MUST FILL OUT COMMERCIAL APPLICATION
- MUST have a letter on company letterhead stating who may conduct business on behalf of their company
- Permit from Livingston Parish Permit Department
- MUST have signed listing/management agreement
- Picture I. D.
