- Signed Lease/Rental agreement by renter and landlord
- Permit from Livingston Parish Permit Department
- Proof of ownership from landlord
- Picture I. D.

CONTRACTORS/DEVELOPERS
- MUST have a letter on Company Letterhead stating who may conduct business on behalf, of their Company
- Permit from Livingston Parish Permit Department
- Signed Cash Sale or proof of ownership
- Picture I. D.
- Record page from Clerk of Court
REAL ESTATE COMPANIES
- MUST have a letter on Company Letterhead stating who may conduct business on behalf, of their Company
- Permit from Livingston Parish Permit Department
- MUST have listing agreement/contract signed by Realtor and Seller
- Picture I. D.
- Picture I. D. of Agent listed on Resolution.
